Creating Document Categories

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, menu, click Setup.
  3. In the Document Management section, click Document Category.
    Result: The Document Categories list window is displayed.
  4. At the top of the page, click Action > Add.
    Result: The Document Category entry window is displayed.
  5. Enter the name of the new category.
  6. Enter a description of the new category.
  1. Click the Save button.
    Result: The new document category has been added and the Document Categories list window is displayed.
