Creating Document Categories
From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the
Home tab
.
In the Setup and Policy section, menu, click
Setup
.
In the Document Management section, click
Document Category
.
Result:
The Document Categories list window is displayed.
At the top of the page, click
Action > Add
.
Result:
The Document Category entry window is displayed.
Enter the name of the new category.
Enter a description of the new category.
Click the
Save
button.
Result:
The new document category has been added and the Document Categories list window is displayed.
